Voter education and registration is at the heart of what Lokahi does.

It's present in all of our work - our after school programming focuses on teaching our young students about civic participation, and we have spent countless hot, sweaty summers working at events like the VANs Warped Tour, getting as many people registered and educated as we possibly can! We place a special emphasis on youth voter outreach - like all of our work, we are able to connect and reach out to any demographic, but we do have a special emphasis on youth related venues and causes when it comes to voter outreach.

In our voter work, we run our own outreach programs and also partner with other organizations with similar missions. We have found that we are able to apply the same campaign tactics and mentality to our voter work, with impressive results. We are always interested and eager in partnering with other voter registration and education efforts.
